Barely they are holidays, thoughts turn to summer holidays. Certificate of Iyengar Yoga instructor Janet MacLeod has combined a vacation to an exotic place with one that is healthy for the body, mind and spirit July 31 on August 7, 2011. Held at a private estate of 50 acres on the outskirts of Marrakech (Morocco) guests will receive a week of classes in yoga, accommodation, meals and exclusive use of the estate by the Group of yoga.
This is fourth withdrawal of Janet at this location. It combines a vacation in an exotic place with one that is healthy for the body, mind and spirit.
"This has been a popular retreat over the years," said MacLeod. "Some participants combine with a trip to some European city" others take time to explore other areas of Morocco, such as Casablanca, Fez, and the Atlas mountains. "Once in Europe, Marrakech is easily accessible by a short flight".
The vernacular private estate, giving the Sadaka is owned by a French family who bought the property in a State of neighborhood. It has been refurbished in a very beautiful thing with workers and artists Morocco, keeping the property its authenticity with a high level of sophistication.
"I would recommend this retreat to anyone, especially if you want to do yoga in exotic locations," said Athena Kyle, TPN, a 2009 retirement participant. "Is not a master of yoga most qualified for all kinds of skills." Not had been doing much yoga before the withdrawal but gained stronger and more flexible every day. The retreat of the Centre - the Sadaka - was the most exotic place I have ever stayed, and I have traveled extensively throughout the world. "It is really beyond description and has to see to believe."
A resident chef prepares delicious vegetarian meals marroquĂ-estilo using local foods. Guests can swim in the pool and sitting outside of zones are skillfully shaded by olive trees to make it very convenient even when the temperature rises.
"Morocco is a terrifically exotic to a workshop of yoga, said Jack Davis, a yoga and Copenhagen, Denmark chef instructor."That is beautiful, and I've never been princely more shade from the heat of the Sun as we were giving Sadaka of Marrakech - a Palace dessert oasis blend Moroccan style walls luxury and great fun Parisienne sculpture Gallery alta-arte an impressive swimming pool. The study of yoga is Arabic austere in marble and lattice which Janet makes it seem as at home. Fully exposed in a week to Janet as a person and his talents as a teacher, for me, was the establishment of wonder to experience the magic change life that can make a week of yoga - and the beginning of some most excellent friends not to mention an unforgettable holiday. "Service installations was tip top".
