With more than 20 years of experience in the field of health care focused on technology development of safe products and politics, Mills was a founding member in MyHealthBank, a start-up company, specializing in technology and health care software. Mills spent over a decade working on the policy of health care that serves as a Legislative Director Congressman Eliot Engel in New York, a member of a key Committee of health care in the House of representatives of the United States. In this capacity, Mills served as the Assistant Chief health policy and in 1993 was a member of the task force by President Clinton on health care reform. John has a Masters in public policy with a concentration in health policy from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and a Bachelor's degree in political science from Union College in Schenectady, New York.
