OA Performance Center Hosts Joe Friel Workshop: training base of winter...

Performance of OA today announced that Joe Friel, an athlete from internationally recognized resistance and writer, coach is to present a workshop of entertaining, "Basis of winter for the athlete strength training". Specifically targeted at cyclists, runners, triathletes and duathletes, Friel workshop provides a detailed analysis of winter training techniques successfully for athletes seeking maximum performance in the summer months. The workshop is to be held on Sunday, December 12, 2010 of the 8:30a at 4: 00 p at the center of interpretation of OA 15 Lund Road, Saco, me.

"Endurance athletes are always looking for information quality and advice that will give them an edge," said Stan Skolfield, OA performance Center administrator. "Joe offers a lot of knowledge and information about what is needed to improve the performance of resistance."

Coach Joe Friel has trained endurance athletes since 1980. Their clients are elite amateur cyclist cyclists, mountain bikers, triathletes and duathletes. It is the author of ten books on the formation of resistance, including the series of books of the Bible of popular and best-selling training athletes. Friel performs worldwide seminars on training and careers for cyclists, sports athletes and coaches, and provides consulting services for companies in the fitness industry.
