But what if there was a way to keep you on track, even in the midst of a demanding working day?

A new desktop application called "Stillness Buddy" good may be the start of a new era of healthier, putting practice mindfulness in workplace work.

Used by thousands of people in 77 countries, Quietude Buddy runs in the background while the user works on the computer. At regular intervals throughout the day (which you can adjust to your needs), the application encourages you to take very short pauses and follow some simple, but effective exercises that leave you feeling relaxed and with a sense of inner peace.

In the words of Héctor Bolaños, creator of the stillness of Buddy, "is like having a friend beside you to gently reminds him that throughout the day to take a moment to pause, take a few deep breaths, Center yourself and then continue."

The latest version of stillness Buddy contains practical exercises, quotes and meditations by his Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. Widely regarded as the spiritual and temporal leader of Tibetans, the Dalai Lama has won worldwide love and respect for his extraordinary commitment to peace, communication, and compassion.

The basis of the Dalai Lama teachings are individual responsibility and incorporating what he calls "our common human religion of goodness". Regularly talks about the importance of human compassion, forgiveness, tolerance, joy and self-discipline values.
