After 34 year old basketball stars Ray Allen had surgery on both of his ankles that are trainers had to come up with a workout plan that benefit its joints to come. His new diet workout routine changed his life and made him at least as good a player as he was when he won his first championship in 2008.

1: 30 pm-a NAP that two hours
3: 30 pm-his favourite meal is fried chicken, rice and broccoli
4: 00 pm-more shooting practice on the TD Bank north Garden
5: 00 pm-stretching exercises for an hour that focused on the hamstrings, followed by a few PB & J sandwich and water
7: 00 pm-playtime
10: 00 pm-a beautiful 15-minute foot soak in a bath of ice
