Ray Allen's nutrition and training

After 34 year old basketball stars Ray Allen had surgery on both of his ankles that are trainers had to come up with a workout plan that benefit its joints to come.  His new diet workout routine changed his life and made him at least as good a player as he was when he won his first championship in 2008.

  Ray focuses in particular on his glutes and jumping resistance bands with performing squats and lunges.His workouts are designed to help him build his nuclear force through training, as if he was on the Court. every move he makes while working out is training in positions that would occur on the Court, game movements to simulate.

He will train in shoes a day and bare feet the following to change of the stimulus, "says Ray's trainer.

Ray also works on his balance by standing on one foot while his trainer him a ball on different height levels raises. He used even P90X occasionally.

As for Ray game day diet and routine is as follows:

8: 00 am-breakfast consists of Blueberry pancakes
10: 00 am-morning shooting practice at the training facility Waltham
noon-lunch of lean Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread
1: 30 pm-a NAP that two hours
3: 30 pm-his favourite meal is fried chicken, rice and broccoli
4: 00 pm-more shooting practice on the TD Bank north Garden
5: 00 pm-stretching exercises for an hour that focused on the hamstrings, followed by a few PB & J sandwich and water
7: 00 pm-playtime
10: 00 pm-a beautiful 15-minute foot soak in a bath of ice

The law of compensation & Tough Love

After an incredible week to work out and eat clean, the compliments begin to flow. What should I do? Eat enough bread and pasta to feed an army .... sad that I know. I felt like I deserved it. My waist is crawling to 32 and my bf is 17%. I my real goals (30 and 10%) lost sight of and in accordance with the law of the compensation.

The law of compensation claims that we will only receive what is rightfully ours. But if we've been hard at work, but we haven't rewarded, it means that we do not apply the law correctly. The universal laws work the same way with math and science.They always have accurate results. the possibility and not at all times.

And it is our responsibility to the correct way to use the law of compensation to improve our lives.This is because our current situation depends on how we apply. If we do not realize this, it is us who will suffer the consequences. And we must know that, through our thoughts that we can apply the universal laws.

It's so much mind over body. Can I call myself a man without self-discipline? 

I physically run into so many people with so much potential, but spiritually fallen into the hole of disbelief. I know cause I've done it… sausage still with more knowledge than most. I understand now more than ever anything that I had before was pure luck. Now I'm setting up work! There are a lot of good looking people and these people need very little work and not do.Why? Human are not prepared to exercise a little more and a little less eating or drinking a little less alcohol.I fell down big time and now my body starts to think my mind power.I'm starting to be in full control of my body.I'm still not in a zone "F off" but I'm getting there.

Anyone with a strong spirit overweight will eventually get control of their bodies. If they are fit and weak minded there body will ultimately reflect who they are. your body will ultimately reflect who you are mentally. it's easy to fat that's why more than 80% of the us obese and all the tough minded people have been ripped, now are you difficult?

People also claim they do not have the time, but believe me if you want it so bad that you will have enough time. I'm not here to judge … just to give you some tough love.
